How to upload your poster

Your submission was accepted. Here is where and how to upload your poster so it appears on the conference site, step by step.

What your format requires

PDF poster
Your poster as a PDF. That is all we ask for.
Recorded video poster
Your poster as a PDF, required, here on the site. The VIDEO goes elsewhere and must be under 15 minutes: upload it to the committee folder linked in your acceptance email, naming the file with your FIRST AND LAST NAME and the TITLE OF YOUR WORK, in capital letters and without accents. The committee publishes it on the conference channel and links it to your work. The sooner you upload it, the longer it will be on show.
Live poster (Zoom)
Your poster as a PDF, required. Even though you present live, the PDF lets us feature your work in the site gallery. Later on the committee will email you the process, your Zoom room and your time slot.

PDF only.
In high quality. We suggest naming the file with your FIRST AND LAST NAME in capital letters, without accents, plus a short title of your work. For example: ANA PEREZ - ZnO thin films.pdf
15 MB maximum.
If your poster is heavier, export it again lowering the image quality. A 90x120 cm Canva poster can go from 10 MB to under 2 with no visible difference on screen.
Upload the best quality that fits in those 15 MB.
Your PDF is shown full screen in the site gallery, with zoom, and can be downloaded.

Sign in with the link you received by email and open "My submission".

Open your submission. You will see the "Final material" box.

Choose your PDF and tick the authorisation checkbox.
If you do not tick that box, your submission remains valid but will NOT be published on the site.

Press "Save material". When you see "✓ Material saved", you are done.

Made a mistake? You can re-upload any piece as many times as you like: the latest one replaces the previous.

The committee reviews the material and publishes it in the poster gallery. Appearing there is not automatic: it goes through the committee's review.

"That file is X and the limit is 15 MB" — export the poster lighter and try again.
"The file is not a valid PDF" or "not a valid PNG image" — the file is not the format its name claims. Export it again.
