Dra. Nicolaza Pariona Mendoza

Dr. Nicolaza Pariona Mendoza is a senior researcher at the Institute of Ecology (INECOL) in Xalapa and a member of Mexico's National System of Researchers. She holds a PhD in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology from Cinvestav (2015), and her work focuses on agro-nanotechnology and environmental nanotechnology: the synthesis of metallic and oxide nanoparticles with antimicrobial and photocatalytic properties for the control of phytopathogenic fungi, the development of nanofertilizers and water remediation.
