Óscar Ozuna

Óscar Ozuna is an expert in process engineering, materials development and process safety with more than 20 years in large-scale chemical manufacturing of coatings, sealants, adhesives and specialty materials for the aerospace, defense, automotive and telecommunications sectors. He trained as a physicist, holding a bachelor's degree from the Autonomous University of Baja California and graduate studies at Arizona State University. Since 2021 he has worked at PPG Aerospace in Mojave, California, where he leads the implementation of process safety management and critical quality and operability projects. From 2005 to 2020 he was a Sr. Principal Engineer at Rogers Corporation, directing the global development of low-loss dielectrics, copper-clad laminates for PCBs and high-frequency circuit and semiconductor materials. That work earned him four Rogers Presidential Awards and an Innovation Award.
